Tin/Tinning Shop/Workshop

Explanation:
I believe there should be an accent on the "i" (i.e., "hojalatería), which is the PLACE where tinning is done. Tin is a coating, not the metal itself. So sheet metal shop doesn't really fit. I don't know if there is a specific name for such a shop in English, but I think the word refers to the place rather than the act.

Reference:
hojalatería.

1. f. Taller en que se hacen piezas de hojalata.

2. f. Tienda donde se venden.

disagree  Michelle Temple: Soudaflex is a sealant and the phrase is "sirve para sellar hojalateria" so it wouldn't make sense in this context if it were a place.

If there was more context, you might be able to be more specific. Hojalateria could refer to tin, it could could also refer to automotive body work, and I have also seen it used for sheet metal in general. Without more context, sheet metal would be a good option as it is quite broad. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheet_metal
