Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals / seizure symptoms
Spanish term or phrase: pérdida de grado de consciencia
This is in an article describing a seizure related to a patient's medication.

The description says: "[patient] presentó crisis clónica generalizada ... con ... *pérdida de grado de consciencia* después de un cuadro de decaimiento ..."

I'm thinking that I should translate this as 'partial loss of consciousness' ... but I'm not sure that this is the correct meaning of the phrase. Is my idea right, or do you have any other suggestions?

Thank you Laura. This one makes the most sense to me. I think that 'diminished' would also have worked here, but I found 'decreased' much more often in this context.
