agree  Polangmar: Z tym, że nie "jurysdykcja" - w tym kontekście to kalka z angielskiego (było wiele dyskusji na ten temat).

  -> Dziękuję :-) - można by mówić o "właściwości" ale wtedy trzeba by wymienić wszystkie jej rodzajl któe równocześnie musi posiadać taki sąd.
