Ich verstehe den Satz nicht so ganz, besonders nicht den eingesternten Teil:

Any gross margin earned from other lines of business within Germany ***or from split placements with other countries*** (defined as ‘cross sell net gross margin’) will be recognised in the qualifying months (a qualifying month may begin or end a few days before the start or end of a calendar month, as determined by our Accounting Department).
