Bürger von Explanation: eine typisch schweizerische Sache. Jeder Schweizer ist Bürger eines Ortes, ob er nun dort wohnt oder dort geboren ist oder nicht. Ich bin Bürger von Glarus aber in Zürich geboren. Meine Heimatpapiere bleiben in Glarus, ohne Rücksicht darauf, ob ich jemals dort gewohnt habe oder nicht.
