In the context of a proposed budgetary structure/model for generating flexibility with regards to contributions:

"El monto no necesariamente puede expresarse en aportes monetarios, sino también a través de gastos valorados (cesión de sedes, donaciones, etc.)."

So far I've come up with "valued expenses" but I'm not so keen... Any other suggestions most welcome.
