All of the Works shall be undertaken by the Contractor in accordance with the Specification and otherwise in all respects with the **first class European standards** for the conversion and the as built standard for repair of cruise vessels. Any items removed by the Contractor from the Vessel to permit the Works to be undertaken shall be replaced in the same condition as removed in accordance with the Specification. L'espressione "migliore standard (europeo etc)" è molto diffusa nella redazione dei contratti di appalto per definire la "regola dell'arte" cui l'Appaltatore (Contractor) si deve attenere.
Ho messo un link con una convenzione in cui i "migliori standard europei" sono richiesti ed anche il testo di un'azione comune EU.
