Explanation:
Szerintem a Counsel of Record az a jogi képviselő (ügyvéd/jogász), aki polgári perben rendes bíróság előtt jár el, szemben a választott bírósági üggyel. Court of Record magyarul rendes bíróság, ám a magyarban olyan nincs, hogy "rendes ügyvéd" (no pun intended! :)
