Please enter differences / adjustments necessary to determine Statutory Net Income before Tax that are permanent in nature.

The most common example of this would be goodwill that is allowed as an expense for statutory purposes but not for US GAAP.

Activity related to items that arose in a business combination, such as amortization of an identified intangible, is a temporary difference and should not be reported in this section. This is a common error. Please report as a temporary difference.

Nie wszystko co jest przychodem/kosztem według MSR, jest nim również wg. Urzędu Skarbowego. W Polsce doskonałym przykładem takiego kosztu jest kolacja z kontrahentem - stanowiąca KUP w ujęciu MSR, ale nie w ujęciu fiskalnym.
