Warum sollte im Vertrag stehen, daß man den Rechtsverlust NUR "teilweise" abzuwenden versucht?

(3) Soweit der Vertragspartnerin zu 2) die bestehenden Rechte vor Ablauf dieses Vertrages entzogen werden sollen und/oder die Vertragspartnerin zu 2) dieser Rechte verlustig zu werden droht, wird die Vertragspartnerin zu 2) in Abstimmung mit der Vertragspartnerin zu 1) alles dafür tun, einen Rechtsverlust teilweise abzuwenden.
