Io lo interpreto cosi': i dipendenti possono accedere al Portale delle Risorse Umane sul Sistema Informativo (che puo' essere informatico o meno, ma in questo caso direi di sì) aziendale. L'azienda in questione sembrerebbe non utilizzare un sistema informatico acquistato da terzi, ma uno creato ad hoc (Home system) (quindi proprietario)
