Помогите, пожалуйста, найти наилучший вариант на русском языке.

Есть система. В ней пользователи оставляют свои объявления об объектах недвижимости, и, соответственно, просматривают чужие объявления.
Система по нужным параметрам генерирует property alert, и участник системы узнает о появлении объекта недвижимости, который ему интересен.

Слово или словосочетание должно быть достаточно кратким и звучать естественно. Ред алерты будут отвергнуты по умолчанию.

Asker: Sorry to say but it sounds clumsy and too legalese for an ordinary everyday real property search system. Уведомление is a favorite lawers' word, but normal people say сообщение in this context. I regret but ´soobschenie´ has been already used for another word - message. I need something else. When someone gets an "empty battery" alert on a mobile phone does he say "it's a 'notification'" in everyday life?

agree  Angela Greenfield: "уведомление о подходящей недвижимости" звучит хорошо, на мой взгляд. И звучит не более legalese, чем alert, которая у среднего человека ассоциируется с террористическим актом, пожаром, наводнением или иным бедствием. :-)
