See comments Explanation: Some thoughts from a brain not storming but touched by wind... 対応 could perhaps be handled with 'participating' or 'cooperating' or maybe 'responding' as a modifier. By analogy with 苦情対応責任者 (complaint handler | complaint handling manager) perhaps 'anti-social situations [groups/problems/events] handler' or (and as Yumico suggested) 'problem handler', etc. Or something along the lines of 'social|community guardians|peacekeepers'. Personally I like 'anti-social events manager'! |

administrators <-> overseers Explanation: As a suggestion, perhaps using "one word" for each would keep it simple and clear in the translation. Also, both words will possibly be less likely to be mixed up with other 責任者 or 担当者 type terms that may appear in the document. "Administrators" and "overseers" work hand-in-hand. The "administrators" take the responsibility of making sure lawyers are contacted, etc. and "overseers" see that everything is proceeding according to directions laid out by administrators. |

Reference: persons in charge <-> problem handlers Reference information: Re: 対応 I think you can be flexible in each context... 責任者 the top person in charge who takes the responsibility of all the matters in question. The buck stops at him/her. 担当者 the handler of the cases. Sorry I cannot help much more than this general ideas. |

Reference: This may help... Reference information: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/japanese_to_english/business_comme... Once you get the 対応= 反社会勢力対応部署 part done, the rest should be easy: 総括責任者 = director /general or division manger, 責任者 = manager , and 担当者 = staff member and they all belong to this same division/group/department/center... |
