I think it is a little more common to use electronic than digital in English for this kind of context, and apparently (from Google hits) putting the word, intellectual, is the most common way to refer to this.

Explanation:
My only slight concern with 'property' and 'assets' is that they are usually in regards to things that are _kept_ while デジタル財 seems to be more used for things being sold/distributed/made available (usu. over the Internet). Content seems more appropriate for that to me.
