The nimble-fingered Buffet
Ester
buffet di facile consumo
Explanation:
This is what (one of many hits) I've found searching for "buffet":

"Caratteristica essenziale dei cibi proposti nel buffet deve essere la "facile manipolazione", in quanto la maggior parte degli ospiti può trovarsi nella condizione di consumare il pasto in piedi. Tartine e tramezzini sono molto indicati nei buffet, ma devono assumere dimensioni tali da potersi consumare in un solo boccone."
Rif. www.ricevimenti.it/buffet.htm

Finger buffet and finger food:
A finger buffet is a meal on a special or formal occasion that consists of a wide choice of usually cold food which can be eaten with the fingers rather than with knives, forks or spoons. The guests serve themselves and often eat standing up.

Finger food is food that you can hold and eat in your hand without using knives, forks or spoons.
Rif. Cambridge

to indicate this kind of buffet (where no spoons, knives or forks are used to eat the food) it is often used "di facile manipolazione". I don't like it very much, I don't like how this sounds, so my alternative is:
buffet di facile consumo.

Lesto di mano

Explanation:
o anche mano lesta però non saprei cosa possa centrare col buffet, Probabilmente ci vorrebbe più contesto.

Then I believe it would be: \"buffet veloce\" (meaning \"leggero\", da consumare velocemente).

Rapido buffet

Explanation:
Hi Ester!!
It would be useful to have some information about the ad...for example the image/picture, additional written information...anything.

For the moment this is the only thing I can think of:

www.cosebelle.it/Matr/ricevimento.htm
www.dibaio.com/99ideecasa/99IC-074-36.htm

Since we\'re talking about an ad, it would be better to find a good slogan to catch the reader\'s attention...

You could try to convey the same message using a different expression, such as:

\"Il Buffet per i più golosi\"

This always depends on the message of the catering company...
The slogan I have proposed could work because it refers to people (i golosi) who really like to eat, eat a lot and tend to eat fast (not necessarily though).

ciao!
