Portuguese term or phrase: Falcão

I'd like to know how you would pronounce "ão" in Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese.
I incur a lot of such personal names (soccer players) in my current job. For example: Galvão, Sebastião etc.
In Mongolian, we transliterate "São Paolo" as "San Paulu" (Сан-Паулу). But I am not sure how I would treat personal names.
