prior to implementation Explanation: I've seen this word used to mean prior to something being implemented - mainly in software agreements. Also seen pre-implementation. A blind guess though without any context. |

pre-service testing Explanation: If we are talking about railway lines, and the word is used commonly in this context ... http://www.google.it/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=deskb... ... then the preesercizio is the testing of the line with trains running on it before it actually goes into real service open to the public. In US this is sometimes referred to as pre-revenue service (before passengers start buying tickets). Low confidence because we don't know the context. |
