Thank you. This is what I actually used. It seemed sufficiently general.

agree  PENN TRANSL8 Budd: teaching/lecturing is correct within the meaning of the Commercial Register. "Teaching" has more general meaning and "teaching activity" is more legal term.

agree  Rad Graban (X): I prefer "lecturing" as it probably covers not just teaching as such, but also informative lectures or presentations. "Teaching" doesn't sound right to me in this context. IMO

Asker: Thank you. A lot of Googles show that "instructional activity(-ies)" is a term used by schoolteachers in a classroom context - but "instruction" is certainly a word worth considering here.

Provision of lecturers

Explanation:
Just another one thrown in for you

Some agencies have on their books university lecturers/professors who will go into a company and give them a talk/seminar/whatever, for a fat fee, of course...

I never knew there were so many ways of saying essentially the same thing viz http://www.koucinkkanakova.cz/cz/Lektorska-cinnost/ :)

Asker: Thanks. In the event, I used a general term, but you may well be right, they may mean something as specific as this.
