For example *you used to go from a DCS to* a training manager, and now you have you have go from DCS-I to overlay, to EDCS to trainer, and it’s harder to make it to higher positions, and I’ve already done those two jobs but when I came in those two jobs didn’t exists.

Ciao Angio, credo si tratti semplicemente di un typo per "you have to go from...". Praticamente stanno dicendo che prima la promozione da DCS a responsabile della formazione era diretto, mentre ora sono necessari diversi passaggi intermedi in posizioni che prima non esistevano nemmeno. Quindi se prima bastava uno scatto, una promozione, ora ce ne vogliono 4. HTH
