For example *you used to go from a DCS to* a training manager, and now you have you have go from DCS-I to overlay, to EDCS to trainer, and it’s harder to make it to higher positions, and I’ve already done those two jobs but when I came in those two jobs didn’t exists.

Allora io capisco che prima, anni fa, si poteva passare direttamente da DCS a training manager e che ora non è più possibile perché la progressione passa attraverso altri stadi intermedi.
