I just need to know how to spell the name of this cheese, as I can't even hazard a guess. I also wonder whether the Japanese is misspelled, since no results showed up at Google.

It seems that you indeed have a typo in your source material - it probably should be ストラッチャテッラ - I only know it as a name for a flavor of ice cream, but it seems there's a cheese by that name too (would a cheese by any other name smell as... *cough* forget it).
