What is BNSF railway (BNF railway) ? By the way, I did not find any trace for that "railway company" in USA.
On the other hand, if BNSF deals with DIN, the joint its member surely within a workgroup of IEC, ISO, etc.
The BNSF Railway headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, is one of the four remaining transcontinental railroads and one of the largest railroad networks in North America.

I just spoke with my agency contact who is expert in the railway field. She told me that I should leave it "...railway BNF and DIN..."

For the French to use the reference "DIN" is rather surprising if it really is the German standard. Railway standards tend to be national or international (UIC/EU/ERA...). In which case I would expect either AFNOR/NF or a reference to the fact the standard is German (la norme allemande ferroviaire DIN). Also "le" DIN surprises me, since standards are feminine...

cooperation between OOO/GGG, one presumes is between 2 companies or countries but what is HHH that is being more closely assimilated with this famous DIN? KKK/LLL must again be bodies, organisations, firms or countries, one supposes?
I know you can't mention names but so many code words and the whole thing becomes incomprehensible
