förlust av vissa medborgerliga rättigheter
Explanation:
or "förlust av vissa civila rättigheter," though medborgerliga rättigheter is better understood.

I would add medborgerliga (or civila) to rättigheter, as not only is it implied, it is essential in English as otherwise it could have an ambigious meaning.

The phase means the revocation or loss of one's civil rights (or some of them), as it would be said in English.

förnekande av vissa rättigheter

Explanation:

disagree  Charlesp: "förnekande" is "denial," litterally -- but in this context not what it means. It means the revokation or loss of one's civil rights (or some of them)

neutral  Charlesp: could be ok, but I would add "medborgerliga" (or civila), the implied word here, as otherwise it could lead to unclarity.
