Asker: ersteres klingt nach El Pinochio auf dem Mercado de la Boquería in BCn , oder nach El Nuevo Mercado de San Miguel in Madrid. Hier aber ist von einem Restaurant die Rede, dass sich nach dem marktfrischen Angebot richtet.

Explanation:
Ist zwar ähnlich wie der vorherige Vorschlag, aber erstens erübrigt sich m.E. "frische", da man bei Produkten vom Markt eigentlich davon ausgeht, dass sie frisch sind, zweitens gibt es ein Buch von Paul Bocuse (La cuisine du marché, was sicherlich Pate für "cocina del mercado" stand), das mit "Die Küche des Marktes" übersetzt wurde, drittens siehe Internetquelle (Auszug aus "Lehrbuch für Köche") und viertens siehe auch alle anderen Internetseiten mit "Küche des Marktes".
