Explanation:
Un po' dipende dal tuo contesto, sul clave risulta che "seco" significhi "Muy sorprendido o impresionado" o " Muerto en el acto: Le metió un balazo que lo dejó seco." Quindi direi "c'è rimasto" per usara un'espressione colloquiale che indichi la morte.
Quel "y es que" lo interpreterei come una causale, poi vediamo se ho preso una cantonata ;)

Asker: metto un pò più di contesto...! Fierro è un pusher. dopo la frase che ho scritto Miguel dice:se va de vacaciones... tipo ci ha mollati ma dice se ha quedado (quindi Fierro)...nn può essere nè morto nè al verde se va in vacanza!

Asker: boh...non spiega che problemi abbia avuto ma dice che ora se ne va in vacanza e ha chiuso il chiosco(della droga immagino)...sarà tipo che è rimasto senza roba, per questo "seco"?
