• The sole purpose of observing associates to improve behaviors is to reduce /prevent injuries.
• Discipline is not allowed to result from any observation and is not associated with this program.
• Observations are anonymous. Observers are not allowed to give information that might divulge names of observed associates.
• Observation feedback is always positive that encourages teamwork, recognizes the associate’s contributions, and **builds the associate up**.

Not sure how to translate this. I don't want to use 'alienta' because I used it previously and plus I think it's more than that. All suggestions will be appreciated! (For USA, please)

Creo que es adecuado, y si no tiene ese "algo mas" que decias, el "a mejorar" añadido se lo da.
