Asker: In Deutschland schliesst (wie in de USA) die Akzeptanzstelle (Einzelkaufmann, Gesellschaft, Behörde) usw einen Vertrag mit der KK-Gesellschaft. Der Kreditkartenvertrag ist typischerweise eine Vereinbarung zwischen Kreditkarteninhaber und KK-Gesellschaft. Handelsvertrag ist im Deutschen eine völlig andere Baustelle (vgl. Google)
