Diffcile ... après quelques recherches, au vu du style, je pense que ce texte a été (mal) traduit de l'anglais [It sounds like Spanglish ;-)].
Si l'on repasse par l'anglais cela donne cela:
"Drafting the text about the notions of agency in Amartya Sen, actor in Alain Tourraine and empowerment in Paulo Freire", ce qui me semble beaucoup plus naturel que l'espagnol ici.
La "notion of agency" in English semble renvoyer au "rôle" - notamment celui de la femme dans la société et au prédéterminisme etc.
On pourrait aussi dévier sur "gestion" ou "action" etc.

Si vous avez des enchaînements "agencia - agente", vous pouvez peut-être traduire par "action - acteur". Je ne pense pas que "arrangement", ni "agencement" pire "agence" aillent ici...
