Um bei der bereits verwendeten Nomenklatur zu bleiben würde ich diese im Deutschen häufig verwendete Unterscheidung verwenden:

MOO = direkt produktive Arbeitskräfte
MOT = indirekt produktive Arbeitskräfte.

Wenn du nach "direkt produktiv, indirekt produktiv" suchst, bringt Google allerhand Treffer

Ich würde das so formulieren:
MOI = nicht produktive Arbeitskräfte
MOD = produktive Arbeitskräfte, die sich wiederum in zwei Gruppen aufteilen, nämlich
MOO = direkt produktive Arbeitskräfte
MOT = indirekt produktive Arbeitskräfte

Es geht schon mal klar um die betriebswirtschaftliche Analyse und entsprechende Anrechnung bestimmter Kosten auf die G&V-Rechnung.

Da das nicht mein Spezialfach ist, hier erstmal ein Tipp, Genaueres lässt sich ergoogeln. Aber sachkundige Beiträge erbringen sicher noch mehr, hoffe sie kommen noch :-)
