Spanish term or phrase: pastel de gloria
It´s a dessert (apparently also known as "teta de vaca" or "tetica de monja", but I´d rather steer clear of those options in the translation, for obvious reasons).

So far, I´ve uncovered the following description and recipe, but no existing English translation:

meringue mound on a wafer and marzipan crust

Explanation:
Looking at the recipes it seems to be a big mound of meringue (glory) on a marzipan and yolk base (hell) with wafers underneath.
