Ich denke ein Spieler wettet z.B. für drei Pferde auf ihre Platzierung: A:Platz 1 B:Platz 2 C:Platz 3 Bei einem "perm" würde man zusätzlich auf alle weiteren Pemutationen dieser Wette wetten, d.h. B:Platz 1 C:Platz 2 A:Platz 3 und B:Platz 1 A:Platz 2 C:Platz 3 usw. das würde zumindest im Zusammenhang mit "but this will increase the number of bets" für mich Sinn ergeben. Warten wir mal auf Wettexperten.
