English term or phrase: values of a world-class safety culture.
It’s generally agreed that our frontline associates face the greatest job hazards, so these are the people that we are asking to lead this program.
It is literally people observing one another in the workplace providing feedback on at risk behaviors that can lead to an injury. By providing feedback in a constructive manner, this will also serve to reinforce the **values of a world-class safety culture.**

I am looking for an elegant way to say this without it sounding too forced. TIA!

Asker: Thanks! I think 'categoria' sounds beter than 'clase' in this context.

I know what you mean Lydia, but sometimes we just have to accept that the Spanish text will not flow the way the English one does. Suerte. :)

Asker: Thanks Rosa. That's exactly how I have it, but somehow it seems forced and does not have a ring to it... I don't know, maybe I'm just being picky...
