collar-type bulkhead/cover plate Explanation: first and second BULKHEADS (111, 112; 211,212) being mounted on the front ends of the single external housing (110;210), première et seconde CULASSES 111, 112 Les faces frontales du corps 110 sont obturées par des première et seconde CULASSES 111, 112 qui sont rapportées de façon étanche, grâce à la présence de joints http://www.freepatentsonline.com/EP0337887.html Note that in the illustration on the cover page of http://www.mandjvalve.com/literature/MJ-1937_pistoncheckvom_... (see yr other question) you can see lifting eyes that screw into a blanking plate / cover plate atop the valve. "Blanking plate" = "bulkhead" = "culasse"??? However if the culasse is such a cover plate/bulkhead, I fail to see why it would have colliers. Maybe it's the oreilles which are à colliers. Collierflower ears, maybe ;-) |
