Il documento contiene un elenco di indicazioni sulle procedure di sicurezza da svolgere in caso di incidenti con carichi pericolosi o potenzialmente nocivi.

Immagino che il termine in questione si riferisca al rivestimento metallico delle bombe, ma non riesco a trovare una soluzione soddisfacente. Inoltre non mi è chiara la funzione di "suspected", nel senso che non capisco se si riferisce al sospetto della presenza di bombe all'interno dei mezzi di trasporto o in eventuali depositi o installazioni militari con i quali tali mezzi potrebbero essere venuti a contatto in seguito all'incidente. Il fatto che si usi "suspected", mi fa pensare alla seconda ipotesi, dato che un eventuale carico di proiettili di un vagone o autocarro dovrebbe essere già noto. Immagino, però, che la traduzione, come l'originale, possa rimanere sul generico, ad es.: "se si sospetta la presenza di bombe...".
