Explanation:
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les Allemands l'ont appelé Stundenteiler. Mais j'ai vérifié le terme correspondant sur une fiche de paye française :-) puisque visiblement, on parle du nombre d'heures travaillées moyennisé.

Ah ouuiii, je comprends maintenant pourquoi... c'est si simple ! On diivse le salaire par l'horaire de référence justement pour calculer le salaire horaire :

"Grundsatz des Ausfallprinzips
