French term or phrase: armoire UVO2
I am translating pleadings in a case that concerns a fire that broke out in a new building.

"si la base-vie avait été installée à l'extérieur du bâtiment conformément aux directives des documents contractuels, l'armoire UV02 n'aurait pas été sollicitée et l'incendie ne se serait vraisemblablement pas produit pendant le chantier"
Pamela Hewitt
English translation:UVO2 cupboard
Explanation:
Cupboard, which is a more general term than "cabinet" and it seems more English this way round.

cabinet UV02

Explanation:
UV02 (zero-two) is very likely a tagging mark (reference) for the cabinet

agree  John Fossey: Without other information, "UV02" doesn't convey any particular information other than a reference ID.

neutral  Philippe Etienne: it's very likely an armoire électrique/de distribution, not sure cupboard would fit in this context.//Oh ok, thanks. Never seen it, so I wondered.

-> Electrical intake cupboard is quite common, but if it is a smallish metal case thing on the wall, then "cabinet" would be better.
