Visto il "nuovo" contesto, che pure non mi pare così allettante per un menu (fatti di pasta?...), visto che dà l'idea che il ristoratore serva portate acquistate in un negozio di gastronomia, mentre mi pare che nel tuo caso si debba puntare sulla genuinità dei piatti.
Personalmente in un menu sarei più attratta da una connotazione di questo tipo, da cui la mia nuova proposta di traduzione:

Fresh home(-)made durum wheat and egg pasta

Il mio secondo commento, inserito stamattina prima di proporre una nuova traduzione, è stato ritenuto non idoneo e cancellato da uno dei moderatori. In esso lamentavo il fatto che il contesto fosse stato integrato solo dopo 4h dalla richiesta iniziale, e solo dietro nostra sollecitazione.
Quando si chiede aiuto su un termine/espressione il contesto deve essere indicato con chiarezza e completezza, pena una traduzione erronea, come questo caso dimostra.
"Piatti" è molto generico rispetto a "primi piatti", e "gastronomia" può rivelarsi insidioso (vedi sopra).
