agree  Giuseppe Bellone: Deve essere d'orzo e di solito senza traccia di caffè quindi direi solo così e basta. :) Anche se ad onor del vero non si dovrebbe chiamare caffè, ma tisana d'orzo, per semplice logica! Ma essendoe espresso come il caffè, altro nome non c'era!
