disciplined management Explanation: My first impulse was to use "managing business operations" but from the usage of дисциплина исполнения it seems there is more of a stress on a top-down style than is probably acceptable in the HR-speak that surrounds employee relations in the US (regardless of how authoritarian a workplace actually is, there is a certain reluctance to refer to it that way in official communications). So this is my humble offering given the above statements. |
