We receive the Spirit from Christ as the promise of the Father. We do not receive it from anybody else. The commission is transferable but not the anointing. We ***do not go for*** a second-hand anointing. What we have is designed for each of us. We may pray for others but we have no authority to give the Spirit – it is a personal gift from God.
