Nell'ambito industriale o commerciale cahier des charges viene reso molto più spesso con "specifiche" (precisando eventualmente "tecniche") mentre "capitolato" è corretto nel contesto di un appalto o contratto e "disciplinare" nel contesto di un consorzio di tutela

"suivant le cahier des charges du client" =
A mio parere, si fabbrica un articolo "secondo le specifiche del cliente (committente)", non ho mai letto "secondo il capitolato del cliente"
