Explanation:
En Français impossible de garder ces participes adjectivés il faut donc "verbaliser".
On peut couper la phrase en deux (mais je ne la connais pas) en disant par exemple "l'utilisateur final peut signer l'accord de licence d'un simple clic en ouvrant le programme"
