If there are any Brazilian speakers who could enlighten me on what "Fe" means before someone's name (if it means anything at all), that would be great!

There is not much context really. I am just translating about error logs, and after the fault/repair it gives the person's name.

My guess is that it's an abbreviation of an internal division, title, procedure, etc. Nothing comes to mind that would match a standard abbreviation.
