New grads' unbiased fresh look was insightful because it was different from ours.

Take a fresh look というのはこの表現でよく使われます。New gradは新入社員(新卒)です。New hireもよくつかわれますが、この場合中途採用のことは入れないほうが良さそうなので。

やや固いですが、要するにまだ「社風という条件付けに染まっていない感覚」と解釈するとこうなるでしょう。

ただ「とらまえ方」などという口語が入っているところを見ると、も少しソフトな言い方のほうがよいかもしれません。そこで第二の答えになりました。

あえて直訳すると「拘束を受けず自由で偏らない判断力」ということになりますが、「真っ白な感覚」という表現は、工夫して英訳するほかなさそうです。お役に立てば幸いです。
