Let’s start the loup de mer and clams. We are gonna do a bit of a clambake. To do a clambake, you got to dig a pit on the beach, seaweed, hot rocks. Have not got any. So this is a cheat way of doing it. It is actually a French method of cooking called encapios, which means pillow. So you basically cook in a pillow.
