"ELEVATOR TOE GUARD

Secondo me potresti rendere in questo modo:

"Porte di banchina: tutte le banchine di stazione sono dotate di **barriera protettiva** verso i binari. Tale barriera è dotata di porte automatiche scorrevoli che si aprono in corrispondenza delle porte del treno, che effettua una fermata di precisione (analoga a quella dell’ascensore), e solo se quest’ultimo è fermo.
