This is from a list of Quality Assurance guidelines that spell out how employees must document the training they have received. I'm not sure what is meant by "suivi de formation" in this context...

6.3.1 Processus de formation initiale
Le collaborateur complète au fur et à mesure son « Programme Individuel de Formation ».
- Lors du suivi d’une formation en salle (module de formation), le collaborateur date et vise la ligne correspondante à la formation suivie et conserve dans son dossier la copie de la fiche de présence correspondante.

The biggest clue for me is at the end:

" conserve dans son dossier la copie de la fiche de présence correspondante."

It doesn't make too much sense for an employee to make a copy of the attendance sheet and keep it in his file if the attendance sheet is empty or incomplete. And it doesn't make sense to have two separate attendance sheets, one original and one copy, and have the employee sign both as the course develops.


Maybe you should confirm with the client, just in case, since grammatically, it could be interpreted both as "at the time of" or "after completing" a training course.
