dotacje na działalność społeczną stacji telewizyjnych Explanation: Nie wydaje mi się, że chodzi tutaj o konkretne programy telewizyjne poświęcone problematyce społecznej, a o działalność taką, jak np. dotacje dla publicznych stacji telewizyjnych umożliwiających bezpłatne nadawanie programów dla różnych środowisk i grup etnicznych (niemal każda większa grupa etniczna może tam nadawać swój własny program w języku ojczystym bez pobierania składek od widzów, jak to robi PBS - oczywiście jest ta działalność obwarowana szeregiem klauzul). |
