Io ho sentito usare "blowing off at someone" nel sen di cui sopra, di prendersela con qualcuno, "esplodere" verbalmente con qualcuno, fare una scenata insomma. Inoltre, penso che "security" qui sia da intendere come il personale di sicurezza della fantomatica agenzia. Se la persona che parla ha fatto un favore all'altro, il quale pur essendo in libertà condizionata ha fatto una scenata o se l'è presa con la sicurezza, be', si spiega perché il primo si possa sentire screwed up. =]
