Explanation:
since まるごと basically means everything to do with the prefix, i'd call this "all aspects of buildings", or "everything to do with buildings" etc.

i guess i'd put the whole sentence as:
Centering on industrial use devices, strengthening and progressing solutions to "all aspects of buildings"

altho there may be a more natural-sounding way of phrasing it in its original context
